The TecHome Builder Summit is an annual event that brings together builders and technology companies to share and learn best practices for integrating technology into their customer’s homes. It focuses on opportunities for builders and multifamily companies to make tech a win-win-win for homebuyers/residents, builders/multifamily companies and their vendor / trade partners.
This year’s conference focused on real-world applications and process improvements that are actually happening on the ground. So, of course, bluesalve partners was front and center, with our managing partner, Avi Rosenthal leading the “HIVOL” (high volume) builder track in parallel to tracks spotlighting “LUX” (luxury home builders) and “MultiFam” (multifamily). Avi was aptly assisted by bluesalve Partner David Kaplan and bluesalve Senior Consultant Rich Bira.
